TURBOCHEF has revolutionized the food service industry by rewriting two important rules; first, that quality products requires a significant time and talent investment and secondly, cooking requires ventilation hoods and fire systems. Turbochef oven innovations produced several lines of ovens the produce a wide variety of food—including bakery items and “fine dining” recipes—7-10 times faster than conventional ovens. Johnson Commercial Agents has effectively represented the quality countertop and drop-in equipment manufactured by WELLS/BLOOMFIELD for over 35 years and more recently has taken an active part in facilitating the establishment of Wells’ line of ventless fryers, offered in countertop versions as well as high capacity floor and high pressure fryers. All fo Wells ventless units are listed to UL 710B. these are the most effective ventless systems in the market, far more consistent than those relying upon electro-static systems which are subject to fouling and intermittently allow smoke and grease vapors to pass through. JCA has also sold many a Wells’ warming pan to Ovation brands, formerly Buffets Inc, which has put them to use in their division, including Old Country Buffet and Ryans. We also rep for Bloomfield, a partner company with Wells, which specializes in beverage equipment manufacture, such as countertop coffee and tea brewers.
